Running in Halifax, Canada.

I am in Canada with the South African Sprint canoeing squad. World Champs starts in 8 days!!! I am their physio and team manager, what an honour! We have been able to steal some time off the water for a few runs, and this place is absolutely stunning!

    Jigs I think you are indeed fortunate--Halifax looks amazing--and by all accounts, so is the vibe in the team!!
